The city of Dallas offered funds to developers to save these buildings from the wrecking ball and turn them into living spaces. Now, the downtown area boasts several thousand residential units and a world class Arts District and the streets are bustling with activity. I am proud to be part of that transition,” says Sunny.
A 30-year resident of Dallas, Sunny also enjoys focusing her sales and marketing efforts on the neighborhoods where she and her husband have put down their own roots. Together they raised their two daughters in Lakewood, and were actively involved in Lakewood Elementary, St. John’s Episcopal, and Booker T Washington High School for the Performing and Visual Arts, as well as the Church of Incarnation which they still attend today.
